My Story-Justine

March 11, 2010

My name is Justine & I am from Texas! I have a beautiful baby girl, Emily who is 2 from my first marriage. My fiance James (April 16 is the date!) & I are expecting another baby girl due in July of this year.

James & I met off of myspace! I was going through a divorce & I was adding a few people. He thought that I was a fake person. Basically saying that I was too good to be true. Anybody else just started talking, but when he said that, I got some instant attraction. Well, we started talking online & really hit it off. He wrote me saying his life story in a nutshell. I did the same for him. We also said what we were looking for in a relationship & talked about why our past relationships failed. We decided to meet in person at the mall. I had to go to a public place since I was a little weary...I never met him in person before. We both enjoyed eachother & said we hoped to see eachother again. At that time I was still married & he was 'sort of' seeing some girl. I found out later he slept with her that night he met me...but I can't hold it against him since I slept with my husband (at the time) after we met up again, plus we were not yet committed.

We met up again shortly after & he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said okay...but was not really ready. I just knew I wanted him...just not yet & that is why I slept with my ex. I know it was wrong, but he has forgiven me. We took a break, I guess you can say, though we still talked, then we met up again & hung out at my trailer & made love for the first time. He had told me that night that he loved me.

I just kissed him & we established that we were going to be together. This was October 16, 2008. On Halloween we actually had a date & went to haunted houses & had a great time.

From the beginning he let me know about his criminal history. He had 4 years for burglary of habitation, but only served 2 & was paroled. Since he has been out & we have been together he has been charged with 2 misdemeanors (butterfly knife & theft) & 2 felonies(felon in possession of a weapon & burglary of habitation). The second felony, he signed for TDC (state jail/prison) for 2 years. On March 26th, he will go to court again for his third felony but they are wanting to speak to the owner of the house.

His public lawyer mentioned habitual since he has 3 felonies, but the DA told him that since his first felony is not over yet, he can not be charged with habitual. The judge said his charge is 2-20 years. I am hoping & praying that he can get 2 years concurrent with his current charge. Really, anything is better than 20 years!!! I will be posting here & keeping everyone updated! I hope the best for all of you as well & keep your heads up! Notice my signature ;)

"The world is your mirror and your mind is a magnet. What you perceive is in this world is largely a reflection of your own attitudes and beliefs. Life will give you what you attract with your thoughts think, act and talk negatively and your world will be negative. Think and act and talk with enthusiasm and you will attract positive results."

Loneliness, Intimacy, and the Trivial things

September 22, 2009

When the loneliness sets in and you are missing your other half, how do you deal with it? The intimacy you are missing is important to your relationship. But if your loved one is in prison, how do you keep that intimacy alive? How can you be intimate with someone who is not there?
